Complete Moonlight Guardian Class Overhaul

The Moonlight Guardian is a ranged archer whose offensive kit splits into single-target and area skills. Single-target damage is built around (two arrows in succession) and — the main nuke with +12798 additional power and 10% defense ignore. The AoE part consists of , (★★), (★★), which applies Cold (the target's chance to receive critical hits from all skills +5%), (★★★) — a powerful skill with +12332 power that hits up to 15 targets and applies Destructive Arrow (−20% to attack, magic attack, physical and magic defense), and (★★★), which pulls enemies in and strikes twice. The rework expanded these skills' max levels, raised their armor penetration and increased their hit counts.

The class's key mechanic is the focus mode (★★★): it raises attack by 600, defense by 400 and attack and skill range by 300, converting the entire AoE line into single-target 'Pierce' versions (Gust Pierce, Spiral Pierce, Spinning Pierce, Freezing Pierce and Aqua Pierce) to concentrate damage on one target. In parallel, the class pressures enemies with bow-resistance debuffs: applies Bow Weakness, lowering the target's resistance to bow attacks by up to 40%, and upgrades into a multi-hit skill. Among the reworked 'Pierce' skills, Spiral Pierce additionally applies Hold.

The Moonlight Guardian's buff system stands out for its emphasis on attack speed. (★★) grants +3000 attack, +30% attack speed, +7% physical skill critical rate and damage and −15% to their cooldown, plus a 50% chance to add an extra hit to ; works in the same direction (+20% attack speed). The peak of the enhancements is (★★★★) (+25% attack, +20% crit rate and damage, a 50% chance for an extra hit on Lethal Shot) and (★★★★★) (+30% attack and +3000, +20% pull accuracy). Crowd control moved into buffs: (★★) became a buff that applies Immobilize on attack, as does . The defensive ultimate caps it off — +5000 P. Def, +25% evasion against all skills and +30% debuff resistance for 20 seconds (the rework shortened its cooldown and added effects).

The passive tree was reworked too. (★) — the former active Triple Shot turned into a passive: +5% attack, +500 physical and magic defense, +10% crit and +10% PvE damage. (★★) scales power with DEX, granting up to +10% attack and +15% PvE damage at DEX 75+, restores MP on a Double / Lethal Shot crit, and and had their max level raised (+2000 attack and +800 defense, +8% all skill power, +2000 HP). The arsenal is crowned by (★★★★★), available in the Legendary Archer: Master transformation: +15000 power and 15% defense ignore, the Moon Hurricane effect and the Moon Arrow additional hit, which has a 50% chance to strip strong buffs from the target (Opal, Refuge and Refuge: Master, Shield of Faith, Dee Amadeus and Dee Amadeus: Cantabile), and during a full moon it raises Moon Arrow's critical chance. In the rework its HP penalty was removed and its physical-skill-power effect was replaced with the Legendary Archer buff.

In the end the Moonlight Guardian became a fast-firing long-range damage dealer with strong anti-buff utility: high attack speed (, ), critical pressure via the Cold debuff (), the powerful AoE that weakens targets, bow-resistance debuffs () and the ability to strip enemy buffs through . Control comes from Immobilize and Pull (, ), while the support skills and (removing stealth within a 1000 radius) round out the kit.
